Estimate booking terms

What you are booking

This site schedules a property visit to discuss your needs and prepare an estimate. Booking does not authorize construction, landscaping, tree work, or other paid services. Work scope, price, payment, and work dates must be agreed separately before work starts. No payment is collected through this booking form.

Dates and arrival windows

Bookings are available Monday through Friday, beginning the following calendar week. Weeks run Monday through Sunday, using Salem, Ohio local time (America/New_York). No estimate can be booked for the current week. Each estimate is scheduled for 30 minutes, with no more than two per evening. June through September start times are 6:00 and 6:45 PM; October through May start times are 5:00 and 5:45 PM. A 15-minute interval separates appointments. Your booking reserves the displayed start time and end time for an estimate, not completion of work. Automated reminders are not active yet; please retain your confirmation.

Property location and routing

The property must be within a 20-mile straight-line radius of our Salem base at 432 S Egypt Road, Salem, Ohio 44460. A date with existing bookings is offered only when the property is within five miles of that day's first appointment. These radii are not driving distances. Address matches can be imperfect; provide the complete property address and contact us if it cannot be located correctly. Availability is checked again when you submit.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and property details. You must own the property or have permission to arrange an estimate there. Arrange safe access and tell us about relevant hazards, access restrictions, or animals before the visit. Please do not make duplicate or misleading bookings.

Changes and cancellations

Use the private link shown after booking to cancel an upcoming estimate. Save that link; anyone with it can manage that estimate. You can also contact us to cancel or request a different date. Weather, unsafe conditions, or unexpected delays may require us to contact you and arrange another visit. A booking is saved when the site displays a confirmation number; keep that number for reference. If you do not receive a confirmation number, contact us before submitting again.

Booking information and privacy

We collect your name, email, phone number, optional permission for estimate-related texts, property address, selected services, optional project description, appointment date, mapped coordinates, and a record of your acceptance of these terms. We use these details to check eligibility, plan routes, arrange estimates, and maintain booking records. The current address lookup sends the property address to the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder. After a successful booking, your name, email, and property address are shared with Wave to create or match your customer record for business administration. This does not create an invoice or collect payment. Booking records are held by our hosting and database providers and are available to authorized business personnel. Contact us to request a correction or deletion; records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved matters. This form does not enroll you in marketing. If you choose the optional text permission, we may text you about this estimate, including arrival updates and cancellations.

Questions and acceptance

By selecting the agreement checkbox and submitting, you agree to these estimate-booking terms. They do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Updated terms apply to new bookings after publication.
